MHRD's Innovation Cell has awarded Three Stars in the Zone wise Star Rating for the IICs based on the performance of the IIC Calendar Year 2018 - 2019.

Based on the activities done IIC of Holy Cross College, Tiruchirappalli has been awarded with Five Stars in the Zone wise Star rating for the IIC Calendar Year 2019 – 2020 with a score of 95.83 and reward points of 55.8333. IIC has organized various Idea Competitions, Mentoring Camps, Field Visits, Seminars, Certificate Courses, Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp, Innovation Day, Women Leadership Camp at Binary University, Malaysia, Bloom Expo, Internal Hackathons, Innovation Contest for kindling the young minds in innovation, startup, entrepreneurship and patenting

The Institution’s Innovation Council of Holy Cross College(Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli has been awarded with 95 Score Points and 185.556 Reward Points in the IIC 3.0 Star Rating Annual Performance by the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell for the academic year 2020-2021 among the Southern Region Organizations in India. IIC of Holy Cross College(Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli is one among the 2 Arts and Science Colleges who have secured the maximum of 4 Star Rating allotted for Annual Performance in Tiruchirappalli.

IIC of Holy Cross College(Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli is selected as one of the Mentor Institute for 2021-2022 among the high performing 155 IIC Institutions with 5 & 4.5 Stars in IIC 2.0 during 2019-2020 in the Mentor-Mentee Scheme of IIC, Ministry of Education’s Innovation Council (MIC) with the funding assistance from MIC/AICTE.

The Institution’s Innovation Council of Holy Cross College(Autonomous), Tiruchriappalli, HCIIC is awarded a Score of 49.99 aggregated to 50/50 along with a Reward Points of 87.496 and a Star Rating of 2/2 in the Cumulative Performance Report for the Quarter I and Quarter II for the Academic Year 2021-2022 by the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell, Govt. of India.
