To mark our 100th year, we aim to raise funds to give back to the society
LET US TO CELEBRATE ONE HUNDRED YEARS BY PAVING THE WAY FOR HUNDREDS OF FUTURES!!
Our centenary is a brilliant opportunity for us to look back at our incredible achievements over the past 100 years.
As we reflect on our achievements over a century, we would also like to take a fresh look at how we can continue to educate, support and serve young women across the region.
We have exciting programme / events and projects planned throughout 2022 and 2023 and we would love for you to be a part of this historic celebrations!
Vizhuthugal 100
provide Free Education for 100 first generation learners to break the vicious cycle of poverty and empower the society through education for women.
Maatram
An initiative to transform the adopted village to a smart village. It focuses on effective use of resources, easy access to assured basic amenities and responsible individual and community behaviour, all for a tech-supported, sustainable rural community.
HCC Centennial Block
This landmark building will be an educational nest with state of art facilities to countless students who walk into the portals of the college with great dreams and purpose.
STEP – UP (Start Transform Evolve Patent - Unleash your Potential )
is an enabling platform for Startups initiated by the college to encourage skill development among the youth, the rural folk with the spotlight on women entrepreneurs. This will promote an ecosystem conducive to budding businesswomen.
Rapha - Heal@10
Is key plan in the road map of the centenary year- to launch a low-cost medical unit. The purpose of this low-cost medical unit is to facilitate access to public health care especially to the needy at Rs. 10.
GROW - Enterprenurial Skill Training Centre
An Entrepreneurial skill Development Center- An advanced skill based development center for enhancing employment opportunities for women and girl students. GROW will give opportunities to train oneself towards financial independence and provide platform to upskill one’s passion and expand horizons.
