 Department Objectives

The Department of Commerce BPO, Holy Cross College, Tiruchirappalli has an excellent band of faculty including national and international industry experts, a challenging academic schedule and a participative and practical learning floor for the students. Through our programme we plan:

• To prepare the students for advanced levels of learning in the fields of Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resource Management and other emerging areas.
• To motivate the students to pursue professional courses and to develop social and managerial skills.
• To develop competency in computer-based accounting.
• To inculcate ethical values in personal and social life and to develop necessary skills to make them globally competent.
• To encourage innovation and research.
• To develop state-of-the-art leadership, employability and entrepreneurial skills on par with recent developments and global competence.
