    • The NAAC peer team visit for onsite assessment for IV cycle of Accreditation was held on 11 th & 12 th February 2020. Holy Cross College received A++ Grade with 3.75/4.

ROTARACT CLUB


The Rotaract movement was started in Holy Cross College in the year 1971. The Rotaract Club of Holy Cross College has the enviable distinction of being the first of all the Girls Rotaract Club of Rotary International in India. The Rotaractors of Holy Cross College are continuing their yeoman service to the poor and the needy. All their activities are goal oriented and help develop professional and leadership skills and respect for the rights of others. The parent club of the Rotaract club of HCC is Rotary Club of Tiruchirappalli Fort with its official charter date being 23.05.1990

Objectives:



  To recognize, practice and promote ethical standards as leadership qualities and vocational responsibilities.

  To emphasize respect for the rights of others based on recognition of the worth of each individual.

  To nurture the creativity and inspire the student community to serve the society in a better way.


Mission:


The Rotaract Club brings together people in the age group of 18 to 30 to exchange ideas with leaders in the community, to develop leadership and professional skills and to do service to the society.


Vision:



The vision of Rotaract is to provide an opportunity for men and women to enhance the knowledge and skills that will assist them in personal development, to address the physical and social needs of their communities, and to promote better relations between all people worldwide through a framework of friendship and service.
