Human Resource Development (HRD) Centre of Holy Cross College conducts guidance for Competitive Examinations, Career Counselling and Soft Skill Development programmes annually for the students at the Department and College levels through its Career Guidance Cell. The Cell coordinates with the department staff in-charge of HRD to conduct need- based and subject specific programmes.

Objectives

   - To motivate students for prospective career in Government and Corporate sector

   - To intensively guide students for Competitive Examinations like UPSC and MPSC, SET/NET, Defense services, Banks, Railways, Public sectors, corporate and other entrance exams

   - To conduct mock interviews and guide Group Discussion and train students in personality development and communication skills

   - To conduct Career Development Seminars and Workshops on Competitive Exams

The following Capability enhancement schemes were implemented by the departments of Holy Cross  College (Autonomous) Tiruchirappalli from  2014 to the year 2019.
